Booklog's Technical Support Department provides fast, friendly, and affordable services to our users. When you purchase a Maintenance Agreement you are entitled to unlimited toll-free Technical Support and free updates during the term of the agreement. Additionally, our technical support staff responds to user emails and can dial in to troubleshoot your system using PC Anywhere.

Saturday 8 a.m. CST - 6 p.m. CST

Rush Support Hours:
We understand the importance of availability during your busiest times so Booklog technical support offers extended hours during your rush times.

Data Conversion
Our support technicians also help you in critical inventory matters. From your initial data conversion to your physical inventory - Booklog staff members are ready to help.

If you are switching to Booklog from another system, we can ease the transition by converting your old data into a Booklog friendly format. As long as you are able to extract data from your other system, we can convert it. Data conversions give you a chance to have a new system without having to re-enter all of your data. Please talk to your sales representative for costs associated with data conversions.

Year End Scanner Rental
Booklog makes American Microsystem Scanners available for rental for your year-end needs. These scanners allow you to scan all of the inventory on your shelves in a fast and efficient manner. The scanners connect to your computer and allow for an easy inventory update. The M5000 laser scanner rents for $300 for 10 days, plus shipping and handling. The M5000 pencil wand scanner rents for $200 for 10 days plus shipping and handling. Please contact Booklog technical support for further information.

Physical Inventory Worksheets
An interactive physical inventory worksheet is built into Booklog College Edition. The worksheet allows you to break down your inventory by category and print it off for use during inventory. After a physical inventory, you then can update the quantities on hand in the system and Booklog will syncronize your inventory data in real time. The physical inventory worksheet is good for spot checks and continuous yearly inventory.
