Training & Installation
Booklog's installers are also fully qualified training specialists; they will visit your location to provide an expert installation followed by training sessions that are tailored to your store's specific needs. Our current users have found this unique 'initiation' process to be both cost efficient and effective.
Ongoing Training
Knowledgeable users are happy users. With that sentiment in mind, Booklog offers various opportunities to train new employees or augment the skills of your more seasoned staff.
Online Users Center
In addition to our onsite training and installations, Booklog users
have a large support network that we provide via our Online
Users Center. At the user center, you can order supplies, take
a web class, leave messages on the user bulletin board, participate
in the online chat, sign up for the user e-newsletter and read version
release information. |
