TRADE, CHRISTIAN & SPECIALTY STORE TRAINING
Our classes are designed to help our customers become more proficient in their use of Booklog, with subjects ranging from configuring Booklog for their store to learning the major functions in detail to using the special features available. The classes are taught online, and all you need is an internet connection and a phone line. We offer both group classes and one-on-one training.
Group Online Classes
All stores brand new to Booklog should take our two free introductory group classes. There are five additional classes that allow users—both new and old—to focus on particular modules and procedures. Each of these classes usually costs $40. However, we are running a first-quarter special right now: take any four classes for $100 or any two for $65.
Registration:
You can register by contacting Ann (ann@booklog.com or 800-977-8212 x247) or using our online form. When you register for one of our special offers, you need to register on the same day for all the classes you want to take. After the classes have been billed, you will be able to re-schedule class days and times as needed.
Note: At least two stores must be registered for a class three days ahead of time for it to be taught. If the minimum registration has not been met, the class will be canceled. Also, if you don’t receive a confirmation of your registration within twenty-four hours, please contact Ann by phone or email.
One-on-One Training
This training option allows you to determine the content of the session and arrange it for a day and at a time convenient for you. These sessions are $60 an hour. To arrange this training, please contact Ann (ann@booklog.com or 800-977-8212 x247).
