Level 1-3 Technical Support

Booklog is looking for a level 1 – 3 technical support individual.  This position is to provide outstanding technical support for Booklog software and various interfaces along with onboarding of new customers, testing of software and training on usage of software. We’re looking for a motivated individual to be part of our committed team. We need to be the experts so our customers don’t have to.

Located in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood; telecommuting is available.
